Our Mission

What is Our Focus? To serve the needs of our clients by (1) Teaching and assisting them about leaving a no-nonsense legacy of love which will be with, and care for, their families even when they cannot. (2) Preparing and maintaining estate planning documents to protect their family and the assets they have worked so hard to build

For Whom? Our Loving Trust® estate plans fit any individual or family whose assets total over $100,000.00. We serve individuals and families who are looking to create a comprehensive and loving plan for themselves and their families, which will protect them if they become disabled and also protect their future generations at their death.

Who Are Our Competitors? We believe that outside the Loving Trust philosophy and format, we have no equal competition. Attorney Roberts' extensive knowledge and over 25 years of experience allow us to provide a variety of services which may be compared with other estate planning services, but which are entirely different in content, quality, execution and maintenance. We “custom-design” a plan for every client to fit the size of their estate, and their personal desires for their families.

What is Our Difference? Our vision for our clients. We take time to get to know all about our clients and their families. We create a plan for them which, when maintained, will grow and change consistently to fit them. When their lives change, and all lives do, the plan changes with them. It always fits; it’s always the right plan for them.

What is our Goal? For our clients to receive peace of mind knowing their “house is in order”, as well as a usable knowledge of estate planning and a flexible, no-nonsense plan which will protect and preserve their legacy for generations.

"Create the Ultimate Legacy"

A Loving Trust estate plan is a revocable living trust-centered estate plan that contains your special instructions for your own care and that of your loved ones. These instructions are what distinguish Loving Trust estate planning from traditional wills and bare-bones living trusts.

A Loving Trust plan contains other documents which assure your planning needs are totally met. Loving Trust planning is thorough, easy to create, change and control. It allows you to give what you have to whom you want, the way you want and when you want, while saving tax dollars and probate costs. It's the very essence of what constitutes good estate planning.
