image How To Prepare a Loving Trust Plan

  • Call the law office of Mark S. Roberts to schedule an appointment to review your estate planning needs. There is no charge for this consultation.
  • Request and complete an Estate Checklist and bring it to your scheduled appointment. This form enables Mr. Roberts to make an initial assessment of your situation and what general type of estate plan might prove appropriate.
  • Consult with Mr. Roberts to discuss your Estate Checklist, centering on your specific and unique goals, hopes and needs relative to estate planning and your family.
  • If you choose to proceed, one-half of the fee is due when the work begins and the balance is due upon completion. If you pay with a credit card (we accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express) the entire fee is due upon commencement.
  • Preparation of the estate plan and all related documents usually takes four-five weeks.
  • You come to the office for the final signing. During this meeting, Mr. Roberts will review all of your documents with you; once all documents have been reviewed and your questions have been answered, the plan is implemented by your signature(s) and funding of the trust is begun.

We are proud of the comprehensive and individual attention we provide our clients. Should you need further information, please contact our firm.
"Create the Ultimate Legacy"

A Loving Trust estate plan is a revocable living trust-centered estate plan that contains your special instructions for your own care and that of your loved ones. These instructions are what distinguish Loving Trust estate planning from traditional wills and bare-bones living trusts.

A Loving Trust plan contains other documents which assure your planning needs are totally met. Loving Trust planning is thorough, easy to create, change and control. It allows you to give what you have to whom you want, the way you want and when you want, while saving tax dollars and probate costs. It's the very essence of what constitutes good estate planning.
